Novos campos de sele\u00e7\u00e3o foram instalados em tr\u00eas localidades do estado de S\u00e3o Paulo e em tr\u00eas \u00e9pocas de cultivo, assim, foi poss\u00edvel verificar a <strong>adaptabilidade e estabilidade desses gen\u00f3tipos nas diferentes condi\u00e7\u00f5es adafoclim\u00e1ticas de cultivo<\/strong>. Na oportunidade, foram <strong>apresentadas<\/strong> aos moradores do quilombo as <strong>caracter\u00edsticas dessa hortali\u00e7a, bem como seus benef\u00edcios a sa\u00fade humana<\/strong>. Diferentes formas de consumo foram preparadas e degustadas pelos presentes.
